Hassle Free Returns
We aim to keep our returns policy as hassle free as possible for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever we will offer you a full refund or an exchange.
We understand that sometimes people simply change their minds. If you wish to return the item, please return it in perfect condition within 10 days of when it was delivered. If you wish to return an item please contact us by:
1) Calling our customer services team – 0214272401 or
2) Emailing our customer services department – firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fill out a returns form stating clearly the details of what is being sent back and informing us whether you want a refund or an exchange. Pop it in the post and retain your proof of postage. Please bear in mind that failure to return the item within 10 days could result in the refund not being issued.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. For convenience local customers can go to our store in Cork with your returns. Please ensure that you take your despatch note with you as proof of purchase. You will also require the card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back onto their credit/debit card.
Please remember to ask the the post office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The post office will stamp this and supplies a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our store. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund /credit from Tom Murphy.
Please ensure that all items being returned are in perfect condition with all original tags and labels attached. Failure to return the item in its original condition will result in the refund not being issued. When trying on clothes please ensure you are not wearing perfume or strong deodorants.
You are entitled to a full refund or exchange if you return any faulty items within 30 days of receipt. Fill in the returns form indicating what you are returning or if you are asking for an exchange. Once we have established that it is a manufacturing fault you will be refunded for the original cost plus any shipping costs incurred on your behalf.
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason other than it is faulty or you were sent the wrong item you are responsible for any shipping costs to get the item back to us. Once we have received the returned item we will ship the item that you want in its place. U.K and Irish customers will not be charged any shipping cost to have the item replaced.
